Xaviera Hollander presents to you her own HAPPY HOUSE - open for bookings as an incredible and lush Bed and Breakfast for your relaxation, luxury and pampering desires! Your hostess, Xaviera Hollander, renowned author, Penthouse columnist, legend, performer, raconteur, theatrical entrepreneur, Xaviera herself will entertain you as a guest in her own inimitable style. Xaviera's talent lays in communication, and she still does it like no one else. In addition her home is available for business seminars, dinner cocktail parties and intimate soirees. The bedrooms located on the first floor are handicap accessible with a chair lift. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Pets are welcome, upon request (Fee: Euros 10. per day). Amsterdam Tourist Tax is 5% additional. There is a private parking for euro 25 per day and her charming husband Philip cannot only cook some lovely meals for up to 12 people but also doubles as your private taxi driver from and to Schiphol airport for the fee of euro 30 Xaviera is very animal friendly, and owns a few small nice dogs and cats. Not to worry, they don't come into the bedrooms; if you're hyper allergic to dogs or cats you should know and bring your anti-allergy medications.
Directions: Private chauffeur service available from Schiphol Airport at Euros 30. per couple (the same as commercial taxis: safe, reliable, direct) Public Transportation from Amsterdam Central Station - take tram # 5, or tram # 24, directly in front of the station to the Stadionweg stop (corner of BeethovenStraat). Walk two blocks to number 17 Stadionweg. By car: Route A-4 to RAI exit. Follow S-109 to center, past RAI Congress Center, to Stadionweg. Turn right at light for 12 block to the house with the red door and garage at number 17 Stadionweg.
